Miss Smurfette

Yesterday, we went to the mall to celebrate our double silvers. I won 2nd place in an intercampus competition while li’l sis won 2nd place in her Poem Recitation Contest! So prappy (proud and happy)! As you can all see, I’m wrapped in eye catchy blue colours, reason why I titled this post “Miss Smurfette”.

I just love seeing the red and gold colours mixed with my blue outfit! They just make a good combination, don’t you think? Even if we experience the cold ber-month breeze, we still have to be in style. You can just add a blazer in cute colours then you’re ready to go!

Did you notice my gold necklace? Actually, that’s a hair band. I just used it as a necklace ‘cause it looks really cute.

I really love my new wedges!

Blazer -Cyan and Pink
Top Coco-Latte (Australia)
Shorts- Gingersnaps
Bangles and Hair band(used as necklace) from Lovisa (Australia)
Wedges -Celine

Stripes @ Boracay Shangri-la

Last year, I celebrated my 10th birthday at the luxurious Shangri-la’s Boracay resort and spa. As you can see, we are all wearing stripes. The stripes just matched the beautiful scenery of the resort-the clear blue sky, and the blue green waters. Don’t you think our flower clips looked very cute? It's from GINGERSNAPS . Actually, you can use that as a brooch .It’s one reason why I love Gingersnaps because when you buy their clothes usually they always have accessories on it.

Top and clip : gingersnaps
The Stripes Family!  I love them <3

Picture perfect! I think the butterfly wants my flower clip ! Haha

Luxurious Shangri-La’s Boracay Resort & Spa

Last year, my family went to Shangri-la's  Boracay Resort and Spa to celebrate me and my mom's birthday ,my parents' 10th wedding anniversary and little sis top1 spot in her class. It's 3-in-1!Lol!

Shangri-la’s  Boracay is a very beautiful place!
From the airport, their shuttle fetched us and we traveled for about 2 minutes to the Mabuhay Center, a private lounge, where we will wait for the speedboat that will take us to the resort.
When we reached the resort, the staff gave us a warm welcome and took us to the buggy that brought us to the Lobby Lounge. The Lobby was exquisite and everyone were very accommodating. After that, it's time to explore the beauty of the resort!

  I just love the view!
Their private docking station makes it easy for tourists to transport from Mabuhay center to the resort. The captain and the crew were very friendly and polite.

                                            The Infinity pool.
                                           Beach side..so private
                                      Alon Bar
My sexy mommy at the free form pool. Love you mom! I think I deserve another treat! It’s my favourite pool because the temperature of the water is always warm anytime of the day.
At Solana cocktail bar with my Sis Ysa while waiting for our dinner. They gave us soup and complimentary fruits ‘coz my li’l sis told the waiter that it was my birthday! Thanks to my chatty sis!
                                               The elegant Sirena Restaurant.
                                             delicious meal from Sirena restaurant.

                                            Our mouth-watering dessert! Yummy!
                                                     My wishes!!!it’s a secret!
Here’s another cake from Shangri-la. After dinner, we went to the Entertainment Center, then when we got to our room, we found this..
View from Villa Tanawin.Beautiful scenery isn’t it?

The sophisticated lights of the Lobby Lounge.
I really had a great time! Even though it was pricey, it was really worth it! I promise to study hard to have another great treat from mommy and daddy!!  I am so grateful and blessed to have a special treat like this. Special Thanks to Ninang Del for this Grandest treat.

A must eat Delicacy

While we were at SM Southmall, we saw a cute store painted in purple that caught my attention. It’s a store that sold a delicious delicacy called “Inutak”. It is a famous delicacy that originated in Taguig. It is made from basic ground sticky rice ( kaning malagkit)cooked with coconut cream (gata), the Inutak is slowly baked with charcoal fire and best eaten while hot. They have 6 flavours that you can choose from. Good thing, they were giving out a free taste that’s why we got our chance to taste it. I tried their classic Inutak that was so creamy! I love it and sissy loves it too that’s why we bought 1 box right away.

Hope you can try it too and get ready to overwhelm your taste buds!

Birthday Setup

I celebrated my 11th birthday last October 16 with my friends at home. We ate our scrumptious lunch ( that Chef Mom cooked for us) and had our beadworks ,then after that we had a mini-party in our backyard. The setup was cute. There were circles with letters pasted on the wall saying “Happy Birthday Shayne”. One table was filled with salted pretzels, white spaghetti, macaroons, and cupcakes with melted chocolate and sprinkles (perfect substitute for birthday cake). The next table had the utensils and drinks. The last table was filled with jars that had marshmallows, sprinkles, chocolate chips, M ‘n Ms, and Stick-Os that we will use for decorating our ice creams. Cute isn’t it? If you want a unique party, try unique setups. Be creative! Your party will be the best one ever if you’ll be artistic and decorative!
